Great video!! :) Mine’s a leg-straightener though –won’t froggy unless she’s sleepy or asleep. :) Thanks for the video! :)

I love your videos! They are easy to follow, thorough, and I appreciate you turning to the camera at each step to show the viewer what you are doing. I was wondering if I can request an instructional video? I would love to see you tie a double hammock with a toddler. I am told this is the best carry for back/shoulder pain. I am a newbie wrapper and can’t seem to get the chest strap tight enough and it ends up being TERRIBLE on my shoulders. I have a squirmy 19 month old. Thanks so much!

Hi! :) If you find ‘infant rucksack carry from wrap your baby’ here at youtube, at the end of this vid, it shows how to get a baby down from a back carry.
This is how I do it. This is a diff carry, but same concept. With the dh, you just have to carefully untie until you have one tail over your shoulder and one at one side of your chest/waist. You can then proceed as in the vid above. Also, you can hold the tails tight and carefully lean back on a bed. HTH!

Great videos :) and your baby makes the cutest noises lol. I would love to see you do this wrap with a toddler also, I have a 17 month old and a growing belly so this would be perfect :)

I’d really like to try some of these back carries with my 8 week old, I just can’t get the vision of him spitting up in my hair or down my neck out of my head. >.<
Thanks for these great instructional videos. You're currently my favorite baby wearing teacher on YouTube!

The video is really nice and has important instructions (tight, inch by inch).

But, the Double Hammock Back Carry should NOT be used with NEWBORNS.

Your baby should be able to sit alone, when using this back carry. Here, the frog position of the legs (very important for hip development!) is not possible, neither a rounded back, nor a head support!

Also babys feet inside the wrap gives too much pressure on the newborns joints.

Do NOT wear your baby under 6 months in this back carry!

Can you tell me the dementions of the fabric you are using? I have a 5 foot moby- is that enough?
